Responsibilities
- Create detailed 2D and 3D drawings using AutoCAD, Autodesk Inventor, SolidWorks.
- Develop schematics and layouts for a variety of projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project specs.
- Collaborate with engineers and project managers to capture requirements and verify accuracy.
- Update and modify existing designs based on feedback from team members or clients.
- Prepare clear documentation for construction or manufacturing processes.
- Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and milestones.
- Maintain organized records of all drafts and revisions for easy reference and audit trails.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in CAD software including AutoCAD, Revit, SolidWorks, MicroStation, Civil 3D.
- Proven experience drafting schematics and technical drawings.
- Strong understanding of engineering principles and construction methods.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work well in a team and independently when needed.
- Exceptional attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Knowledge of 2D animation techniques is a plus but not required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to clearly convey ideas and concepts.
