Position Overview
We are seeking a creative and organized Content Production & Administrative Assistant to support marketing, communications, and outreach initiatives. This role involves creating digital content, assisting with marketing materials, supporting events, and helping with administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Create graphics, social media content, and marketing materials
- Assist with website updates and digital communications
- Support email campaigns and promotional initiatives
- Help coordinate outreach events and activities
- Assist with basic video editing and multimedia content
- Provide administrative support such as responding to emails, updating reports, and maintaining documents
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
