What You’ll Do
- Greet and direct customers to available parking spaces with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Monitor vehicle flow and lot capacity throughout your shift to ensure smooth operations.
- Patrol parking areas to keep them safe, clean, and well-maintained.
- Assist guests who need help finding their vehicles or have questions about parking.
- Control traffic at entrances and exits as needed.
- Issue parking notices when appropriate and ensure parking rules are followed respectfully.
- Report accidents, safety concerns, or unusual activity promptly to your supervisor.
- Support maintenance tasks and equipment checks when directed.
- Step in for valet duties when authorized.
- Always represent the team with professionalism, courtesy, and reliability.
