Agreement and scope
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of authenus.com and related online portals operated by Authenus Staffing LLC ("Authenus"). Accessing or using the site indicates your agreement to these Terms, subject to applicable law. Separate written employment, staffing, recruiting, payrolling, RPO, and government client agreements govern the delivery of those respective commercial or employment services.
Informational content
This website describes Authenus staffing, recruiting, workforce management, and government contracting capabilities and lists current job openings. Website content, job postings, and service descriptions may be updated or removed at any time without notice. General website content is provided for informational purposes and does not by itself constitute a binding commercial proposal, employment contract, or service guarantee.
No guarantee of placement or engagement
Submitting a resume, job application, or Talent Network profile does not guarantee an interview, job offer, placement, pay rate, schedule, or continuing employment. Similarly, submitting an employer Job Order or workforce consultation request does not create a binding staffing agreement until a formal written agreement is executed by authorized representatives of both parties.
Brand and intellectual property
Unless otherwise noted, Authenus Staffing LLC owns or uses with permission all website copy, design elements, logos, trademarks, photographs, and graphics displayed on authenus.com. No user may impersonate Authenus, imply unauthorized affiliation or endorsement, or commercially copy, scrape, or redistribute protected materials without prior written permission. Lawful browsing of the website does not grant any license to use Authenus trademarks or brand assets.
Acceptable use
Users may not engage in recruitment or commercial fraud, submit knowingly false or misleading candidate or employer information, interfere with website availability or security controls, upload malicious files or code, attempt unauthorized access to recruiter or administrative systems, harvest personal information, or violate the legal rights of others. Automated scraping, bulk data extraction, or unauthorized framing of the website is prohibited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Candidate and employer submissions
Candidates and employers retain ownership of the original resumes, job descriptions, and materials they submit, and grant Authenus permission to process, store, and share those materials as necessary to perform legitimate recruitment, staffing, evaluation, and workforce services consistent with our Privacy Policy and Notice at Collection. Users represent that submitted materials are accurate and that they are authorized to provide them.
Third-party systems and confidentiality
Links or integrations connecting to third-party scheduling, background-screening, onboarding, or payroll systems may be subject to separate provider terms. Users must not misuse or disclose nonpublic candidate, employee, client, pricing, or proprietary business information obtained through interactions with Authenus.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, general website content and online tools are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Authenus does not warrant that website access will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, Authenus shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from ordinary use of or inability to use the public website. Nothing in these Terms limits nonwaivable statutory rights or obligations set forth in separately executed client or employment agreements.
Enforcement, governing law, changes, and contact
Authenus reserves the right to investigate suspected violations of these Terms, restrict access, and pursue available legal remedies. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and applicable federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. We may revise these Terms prospectively by posting an updated version on this page.
