Authenus Staffing LLC (Authenus) | Last updated: October 26, 2026
Who we are and scope
Authenus Staffing LLC, doing business as Authenus ("Authenus," "we," "our"), processes information related to website visitors, applicants, candidates, employees, clients, business contacts, and other individuals. This notice describes general collection, use, disclosure, retention, and privacy choices across authenus.com and our staffing and recruiting operations. Specific services or client engagements may include supplemental notices.
Information collected
We may collect names, contact details, resumes, applications, work histories, education, qualifications, certifications, availability, interview information, business inquiries, and communications. Where required for employment administration, we may process identity, work authorization, tax, payroll, and screening information through approved secure channels. Website technologies may collect IP address, device and browser details, pages visited, referral sources, cookie identifiers, and site interactions.
Sources
Information may come directly from individuals; client organizations; recruiting and professional platforms; authorized references or screening providers; publicly available professional sources; and website analytics, cookies, or business-intelligence technologies.
Purposes
We use information to evaluate and communicate with candidates; match individuals with job opportunities; manage assignments, payroll, timekeeping, and onboarding; provide workforce and staffing services to client organizations; respond to inquiries; conduct business development; secure and improve our website; meet legal and regulatory obligations; and prevent or address fraud and disputes.
Sharing and disclosures
Information may be disclosed as appropriate to staffing clients evaluating candidates or workforce scopes, recruiting and applicant-management platforms, payroll and onboarding vendors, background-screening providers, hosting and security vendors, professional advisers, and government or regulatory authorities where required by law. Sharing is governed by applicable law and confidentiality or service agreements. Authenus does not sell or market candidate resumes as a standalone commercial product. Where third-party analytics or business-intelligence cookies qualify as "sharing" or targeted advertising under applicable state privacy laws, visitors may manage or opt out of nonessential cookies at any time using the Cookie Preferences control in our site footer.
Recruiting and candidate profiles
Submitting an application or resume does not guarantee placement. Candidate materials may be considered for current or future openings as permitted by law. Standard job applications are accessible only to authorized Authenus recruiting personnel and relevant client hiring teams. Participation in the Authenus Talent Network (where anonymized skill and availability summaries are browsable by prospective employers) is optional and subject to explicit candidate selection at submission or request.
Cookies and Apollo
Our website uses cookies, analytics (such as Google Analytics), and B2B website-intelligence technologies (including Apollo) to measure site performance, understand organization-level business interest, and remember visitor preferences. Essential cookies required for core site security and functionality remain active by default, while nonessential analytics and marketing preferences can be customized at any time through our CookieYes consent banner or the button below.
Communications
We may send recruiting, employment, transactional, and business communications as permitted by law. Marketing emails include an unsubscribe mechanism, and any automated text messages or telephone outreach comply with applicable consent and opt-out requirements.
Security
We maintain administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards suited to the sensitivity of the information and services involved, including encrypted transport (HTTPS/TLS) and restricted access controls for uploaded resumes and job-order documents. Because no electronic transmission is guaranteed to be completely impenetrable, please do not submit Social Security numbers, banking credentials, or government identification numbers through general public website forms.
Retention
We retain personal information as reasonably needed for active recruitment, talent-network consideration, employment and payroll administration, client service delivery, legal and tax compliance, dispute resolution, and legitimate business recordkeeping. Records are deleted, deidentified, or securely disposed of when no longer required for these purposes.
Your privacy rights
Depending on your state or jurisdiction of residence, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of personal information we maintain about you, as well as the right to opt out of certain nonessential cookie processing and to appeal a privacy request decision. Requests are subject to identity verification and applicable legal exceptions. Authenus will not discriminate against any individual for exercising lawful privacy rights. To submit a privacy request, contact us at info@authenus.com, call 1-800-414-0472, or use our Contact Us page.
Screening and third-party links
Background screening is conducted only with applicable candidate notices and written authorizations. Links to third-party scheduling, recruiting, onboarding, or payroll portals are governed by those providers' respective privacy policies and terms.
Children and policy updates
Our website and staffing services are intended for working professionals and employers and are not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 where applicable by law). We may update this Privacy Policy periodically as our services or legal requirements evolve, and the updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
