The successful candidate will play a key role in the operation and maintenance of treatment plants. Responsibilities:
- Treatment Plant Operations:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of treatment plants.
- Monitor and control treatment processes to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Maintenance:
- Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and machinery.
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to address issues promptly.
- Process Optimization:
- Implement and optimize treatment processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Troubleshoot and resolve operational challenges as they arise.
- Safety Compliance:
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines in all plant activities.
- Ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your team.
- Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of plant operations and maintenance activities.
- Prepare reports on plant performance and compliance.
Qualifications:
- Education:
- High School graduation or possession of an acceptable equivalency diploma.
- Experience:
- Five (5) years of experience in the operation and maintenance of treatment plants.
- Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of treatment plant operations and maintenance.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Certifications:
- Relevant certifications in water treatment operations are a plus.
