Overview:
Authenus Staffing is currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our client’s team as a Treatment Plant Operator “C.” This entry-level position is an excellent opportunity for candidates with a strong interest in water treatment and a willingness to learn and grow within the role.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in Treatment Plant Operations:
- Support day-to-day operations of the treatment plant under the guidance of experienced operators.
- Learn and follow established procedures for water treatment processes.
- Equipment Maintenance:
- Assist in routine maintenance tasks for equipment and machinery.
- Learn to identify and troubleshoot issues to ensure proper functionality.
- Process Monitoring:
- Monitor treatment processes and assist in maintaining optimal conditions.
- Collaborate with the team to address any deviations or inefficiencies.
- Compliance and Safety:
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines in all plant activities.
- Participate in safety training programs to enhance awareness and compliance.
- Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of plant operations and maintenance activities.
- Assist in the preparation of routine reports as required.
Qualifications:
- Education:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Experience:
- No specific experience required; training will be provided on the job.
- Skills:
- Strong willingness to learn and adapt.
- Basic understanding of mechanical systems is a plus.
- Certifications:
- Any relevant certifications in water treatment operations are a plus.
